The Role
They are looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across key client accounts. This role would suit someone who is both hands-on and strategic, with a passion for performance marketing and a strong understanding of paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels
* Manage budgets effectively to deliver against client KPIs including ROI, CPA, and ROAS
* Develop channel strategies across PPC, paid social, and display to drive performance and growth
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
* Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with wider client objectives
* Lead client reporting and present performance updates with clear, data-backed insights
* Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and test new channels, formats, and strategies
* Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Experience & Skills
* 3-5+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally within a digital marketing agency
* Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta essential)
* Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns with clear performance outcomes
* Experience working across fashion, beauty, or finance clients is highly desirable
* Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to clients
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
