Support Worker Salary - £29,719 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £12.00, this rises to £12.50 per hour on successful completion of the L2 Adult's qualification.
As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care to the people living in the home and understand their care needs, plan activities, and support and engage them to succeed in living their best lives. You will work on a rota pattern that you will receive in advance to help you plan ahead and create a good work-life balance.
Our standard shift pattern is 3 shifts per week (14.25 hours) and 1 sleep in, but please do ask us about different options to suit your needs.

Requirements
Experience as a carer would be great but full training and induction are provided, so we would still love to hear from you even if you don't have experience in this field
Driver's licence is an advantage
