Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward whoever they are, and whatever their problem. The role We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Team Administrator to cover a period of maternity and join our fast-paced Help to Claim funded programme at Citizens Advice. The programme is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of our Universal Credit advice service which is delivered nationally. You ll be working in a fast moving environment where the work is varied, so you ll need to be flexible and have a proactive approach to problem solving with good organisational and excellent IT skills. As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including creating and maintaining team documents, Google forms, and managing our central email inbox. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting onboarding and inducting new starters to the team, and organising team events and meetings. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload are essential for success in this role.
