Hourly Rate:£13.26 - £17.96
The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.
A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourlyrate in theseperiods to between approx. £17.68 - £17.96. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods.
Location: Shepherds Lodge, Barrow-in-Furness
Available Hours: 22, 27 and 29 hours per week

We support adults with learning and physical disabilities and strive to promote their emotional and physical wellbeing while encouraging the development of personal growth, depending on their individual needs and wishes.
You will work with the wider team to develop and implement individually tailored care programmes for each Service User. These include providing personal care and where possible, encouraging users to achieve a certain level of independence through activities and guidance, whilst ensuring that support needs are met with dignity and respect.
