An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a busy, operationally focused environment supporting high-volume hiring. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, pace and structure. Youll be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance standards, and acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a full time, site based role working 8am - 4pm. The Role Coordinating recruitment administration from application through to onboarding Managing Right to Work, DBS and compliance documentation Booking and overseeing assessments, tests and pre-employment checks Preparing contracts and maintaining accurate candidate records Acting as first point of contact for candidate queries (email, phone and in person) Chasing outstanding paperwork and confidently following up where required Supporting recruitment events and assessment activity as needed About You Proven experience in recruitment administration or compliance-focused HR support Strong understanding of Right to Work and DBS processes Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with high volumes and deadlines Professional, resilient and able to push back when necessary If you'd be interested in learning more about this role please apply with your most up to date CV.
