Working hours:

Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Manager:
2. Up to £32,000 basic salary
3. Up to £50,000 OTE
4. Company Car / Allowance
5. Guarantee for the first 3 months

To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager, you must have the following:
7. A Professional and friendly telephone manner
8. Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or higher
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Full driving licence
11. The ability to drive the team and branch forward
12. Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
13. Daily meetings
14. Coaching and Training
15. Ability to generate new business
16. Desire to hit office KPI’S
17. Maintaining and developing relationships with landlords and tenants
