Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Nursing Home Manager in overall operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care management. * Supervise and support care staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained. * Monitor compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations. * Handle resident and family concerns promptly and professionally. * Assist in budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks as required. * Participate in staff training and development programs.
