£30,000-£40,000
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Domestic Energy Assessor Retrofit Assessor located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The position involves conducting inspections and energy efficiency audits on residential properties. The role combines on-site visits to assess buildings with some work-from-home tasks, including preparing reports and managing data. The assessor will provide recommendations for energy-saving improvements and deliver excellent customer service to homeowners and clients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in conducting property inspections and energy efficiency assessments
* Strong skills in customer service and client interaction
* Experience in energy management and energy auditing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Knowledge of the latest energy efficiency standards and regulations
* Relevant certifications such as Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) or equivalent
preferred to have l3 traditional building qualification

able to communicate effectively and manage own diary/appointments
