Job Description:
Role Overview: As Learning and Development Manager, you will design and implement training programs that empower employees and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role focuses on stakeholder management and sourcing development solutions rather than training delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D plan aligned with company goals.
2. Needs Analysis: Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and manager consultations.
3. Collaboration: Partner with external providers for engaging training programs.
4. Quality Assurance: Oversee course bookings and maintain data accuracy in the Learning Management System.
5. Competence Assurance: Ensure training maintains and enhances workforce competence.
6. Impact Evaluation: Assess and refine training effectiveness.
7. Regional Customisation: Tailor training initiatives for regional needs.
8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team member, fostering collaboration.
9. Budget Management: Manage the L&D budget effectively.
10. Industry Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends to innovate training.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager.
* Strong knowledge of L&D methods.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proficiency with LMS and e-learning platforms.
