Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar supervisory or duty management role
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
* Be reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
* Lead by example and maintain high standards across all departments

* Ensure the smooth daily running of the hotel and uphold consistently high standards
* Create a positive working environment, motivating and supporting staff
