Nursery Manager – Aylestone (Maternity Cover)
Contract: Monday to Friday – shifts between 7.30 am to 6.00 pm
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum

Essential skills and qualifications
* Nursery management experience (3+ years)
* A strong record of ongoing training and/or professional qualifications
* Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team
* Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education
* A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the Nursery
* Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
* Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery
* Complete CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice in your setting, & cascade this learning to your team
* Actively promote your setting to new and potential families
* Make sure the setting’s policies and procedures are followed at all times
* Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop and thrive
* Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children can reach their full potential
