Silverback Pro Supplements is a growing health and fitness store dedicated to helping our community achieve their goals with the best protein powders, supplements and expert advice. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of Silverback Pro Supplements educating customers about products, providing personalized recommendations, and keeping the store running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with product selection
* Share knowledge about supplements, protein powders, and fitness nutrition
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
* Meet and exceed sales goals and store performance targets
* Build lasting relationships with customers and the local fitness community
Skills
* Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition
* Previous retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated
* Ability to work flexible hours
