ABOUT THE ROLE
Based upon current and anticipated workload, my client is recruiting permanently for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering earthworks-based remediation projects across the UK, including the management of contaminated soils, groundwater treatment, and site preparation activities.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously and be responsible for managing all technical and commercial aspects on the projects.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a degree or HNC in a construction related discipline (geology, civil engineering or similar). Given this is a senior opportunity, my client is targeting professionals with a minimum of 7 years’ contracting experience within the remediation / contaminated land sector and this must have been gained whilst working for a contractor in the UK.
Additionally, you must have experience of liaising with regulators and leading multi-disciplinary site teams, and due to project locations, you must be happy to travel UK-wide and hold a full UK driving license.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
For this opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £65,000 – £72,000 per annum, however, specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability.
In addition to this, a generous package is offered which includes a car allowance of £6,300, subsistence for working away, 25 days annual leave plus hank holidays, private health care, enrolment in their pension scheme, paid volunteering days, and professional membership fees will be covered.
