Responsibilities
* Do food safety checks at client sites
* Train and coach staff while on-site – we're compliance-seekers not fault-finders
* Write up inspection results and share with client managers
* Collect samples and send them to labs for testing
* Plan your inspections to meet deadlines
* Keep in touch with your team and client contacts
* Jump in on other tasks when needed
Qualifications
* Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety, a plus
* A degree in Environmental Health (or similar), a big plus
* Able to carry out audits in Food, Health & Safety, and Fire
* Can train safety advisors if needed
* Being registered with CIEH or IOSH, a big plus
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have a full UK driving license
* Ready and willing to travel
* Confident using Microsoft Office and our easy-to-use tools
