Job Description
As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to suppliers.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
* Maintain and reconcile financial records, including bank statements.
* Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
* Respond to finance-related queries from other departments and external parties.
* Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditure against allocations.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A background in accounting or finance.
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
