The £8,000 TLR is attached to an Academic Responsibility role, which could include:
* Leading the Chemistry Curriculum Development for KS5.

* Enrichment: Lead high-level extracurricular clubs, such as the Royal Society of Chemistry's Chemistry Olympiad or the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge.
* Practical Mastery: Ensure the highest standards of laboratory safety while delivering complex, undergraduate-level practical demonstrations.
Candidate Profile
* Qualifications: A first-class or 2:1 degree in Chemistry (or a closely related field) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience: A proven track record of delivering "Outstanding" results at A-Level. Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role is highly desirable.
