The Role

Be at the centre of digital innovation: work directly with market leading brands to deliver impactful and innovative content experiences to customers and prospects. Working alongside the Head of Marketing to produce award winning innovative digital campaigns to deliver leads to the sales team and drive pipeline. You will be working as part of the marketing team to manage Cisilion’s digital presence and campaigns in line with company strategy and budgets.

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Lead to help grow awareness, traffic, and qualified inbound leads for Cisilion through the website and paid digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end digital campaign execution, SEO and web optimisation, social and paid performance, and continuous conversion improvement. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, experimentation, and impact—and who can translate marketing activity into tangible pipeline growth.



Candidate Profile

* 4+ years of experience in managing B2B digital marketing campaign. Must have a strong track record in delivering high-quality leads through digital channels.
* Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset - Proven ability to plan and execute SEO and paid digital strategies.
* Prior training or experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Website CMS (WordPress) Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
* Commercially minded sales driven revenue marketer, who must be an energetic, passionate, personable, and keen networker.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and tenacious; enjoys taking ownership for projects and seeing them through to completion.
* Highly organised; the ability to successfully organise people and projects to meet tight deadlines and complete several projects at once is vital. Must be conscientious with a good attention to detail – especially when working under pressure.



Key Tasks


Main Responsibilities:

* Optimise the full inbound digital funnel from traffic acquisition to lead conversion, ensuring a seamless and high-performing journey increasing acquisition.
* Manage and optimise the Cisilion website to ensure it performs as a high-converting inbound engine. Use SEO and content strategy to drive organic growth, increase rankings, and support thought leadership.
* Consult local markets to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve performance at scale in search and other acquisition channels. Analyse metrics for the customer acquisition journey, to inform opportunities that will drive the biggest impact to the business
* Grow and engage Cisilion’s digital audience through SEO, content amplification / distribution, social media, and paid channels.
* Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and remarketing platforms. Monitor campaign performance and lead quality via HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager reporting on what’s working and why.
* Own digital marketing KPI’s ensuring activities are aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, technical) and external vendors to deliver results.
* Understand best practices in growth, proactively bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.



Key Skills

* Experience in IT Reseller, MSP or Distributor managing multiple multi-touch digital campaigns.
* Exceptional organisation and communication skills; a true go getter that can drive lead generation and manage high-impact digital campaigns that drive client acquisition.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyse and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes. Power Bi expertise preferred.
* Passionate about marketing & technology – able to dive in and use innovative, next generation platforms and tactics to tell our story.
* Flexible working attitude, prepared to go the extra mile when required, such as putting in extra hours to meet deadlines, travelling to attend events & meetings, as necessary.
* Commercially minded with good common sense to ensure we get best value for money from our suppliers.
* Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
* NetSuite / CRM / HubSpot experience on system integration to deliver full lead lifecycle reporting.
* Degree in relevant area (Marketing, Events, English, Business, Media or PR).
