Our work addresses potential harms from Appointed Representatives (ARs) and their principals. The Strategy, Engagement and Data team leads on designing and overseeing AR strategies, managing stakeholder relations, and multi-firm projects, focusing on data-driven approaches to identify and mitigate risks.
Role Responsibilities
* Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and evaluate large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using tools like SQL, Tableau Prep, R, and Python.
* Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
* Data Visualization: Create visualizations with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs to assess strategy effectiveness.
* Strategic Insight: Contribute to AR strategy development, addressing consumer and market harms.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships, including negotiating with senior stakeholders.
* Teamwork: Support the team in using data and intelligence to address risks.
* Continuous Development: Promote improvements and efficiency within the department.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum:
* Experience in data analysis and exploration with quantitative and qualitative data.
* Proven data manipulation skills to transform raw data.
* Experience in data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
Essential:
* Ability to analyze complex information and identify key risks.
* Strong communication skills for presenting evaluations.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
