Medical Reception Supervisor - Bournemouth - £27,690 Are you an experienced Medical Reception Supervisor looking for a new role? What You'll Be Doing: Supervising reception staff and ensuring smooth daily operations across two sites. Managing repeat prescriptions, patient registration, and general reception duties. Handling patient inquiries by phone and in person and ensuring confidentiality. Organizing the staff rota, covering absences, and arranging holiday/sickness leave. Training and coaching the reception team, ensuring they meet required standards. Ensuring staff are compliant with mandatory training and supporting appraisals and reviews. Managing prescription logs and ensuring compliance with relevant processes. Supporting the Operations Manager to improve communication and workflow within the team. What We're Looking For: Experience in a supervisory role, ideally within healthcare. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., SystmOne, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
