Role
* Lead and manage the Commercial Property team based in Suffolk
* Play a key role in driving the growth and success of the commercial property offering, while managing a varied and high-value caseload
* Work on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
* Play an active role in business developmentand contribute to strategic growth initiatives
* Mentor and develop junior team members
You
* 8+ years PQE
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
* Ambitious and ready tostep into a Partner role/progress towards partnership
* Commercially astute and proactive
