Job Title: Divisional Finance Lead
A sizeable business unit within a larger group is seeking to appoint a new Divisional Finance Lead. Supported by the Group as needed, this role offers significant autonomy in a hands-on and varied position, overseeing 1-2 junior accounts staff.
This is a full-time role, with an option for a reduced schedule of four full days per week.

Your Role as Finance Manager:
* Preparation of management accounts, including commentary and analysis
* Regular communication with key internal stakeholders, including non-financial Heads of Departments
* Providing training and support to the finance team, overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
* Budgeting and financial forecasting
* Reviewing and improving systems and processes
Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in month-end management accounting and staff management. A CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is preferred, but QBE candidates will also be considered. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT, especially Excel, are essential, along with knowledge of ERP systems.
