This role involves supporting both sales and refurbishment operations to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and excellent service.

Role Overview
This role involves supporting both sales and refurbishment operations to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders for both new and refurbished gadgets, ensuring timely dispatch and excellent customer experience.
* Device Testing: Assist in testing refurbished mobile phones to verify functionality, quality, and performance before resale.
* Product Listing: Support the preparation and listing of refurbished gadgets and mobile phones on sales platforms, including writing clear descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring accurate specifications.
* Team Support: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold company quality standards.
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and testing.
* Basic knowledge of mobile phones and gadgets (training provided).
* Good organisational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with computers and online sales platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Shopify – or as relevant).

The role of Support Assistant will be office based as required.
The Support Assistant may be required to perform additional duties outside of the day-to-day role which may include work outside of the standard day.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
