Job Description:
Albion Rye Associates are proud to represent one of the most exciting and strategic healthcare-focused market research consultancies globally, as they look to recruit an Associate Director of Quantitative Healthcare Market Research.
This is a very special role and opportunity for an ambitious market research professional who would have the opportunity to develop a strategic framework on how quantitative and qualitative research can be integrated to offer a comprehensive market perspective, lead the integration of advanced quantitative techniques such as segmentation analysis, conjoint analysis, and other predictive modelling approaches, and train and mentor colleagues across levels to strengthen the company’s overall quantitative research capabilities.
Our client specializes in providing strategic insights to global pharmaceutical companies. They offer a full range of market research services, as well as consulting support. The company collaborates closely with pharmaceutical strategic insights teams, functioning as an extension of these teams to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Their expertise spans various therapeutic areas, and they have supported five of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies, along with several biotech firms.
The Associate Director of Quantitative Research is responsible for supporting projects and enhancing their quantitative research approach, ensuring methodologies are robust, high-quality, client-focused, and scalable. This role is ideal for an experienced quantitative research professional who is passionate about data-driven insights, has a deep understanding of market research methodologies, and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a hands-on leader for quantitative research projects, initially focusing on global tracking studies.
* Develop surveys that effectively capture insights needed to inform client objectives.
* Oversee project setup and methodology, working closely with third-party vendors for survey programming and design.
* Ensure data quality by overseeing project team and/or third-party vendor activities such as data cleaning, processing, analysis, interpretation, story building, visualization, and reporting.
