Accounting Technician - L/Derry An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounting Technician to join a busy and supportive finance environment in the L/Derry area. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work across payroll, bookkeeping, and accounts preparation, supporting a varied client base while developing your skills within a well-structured finance team. About the role:
1. £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
2. Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing in this role:
5. Processing of client payrolls using Brightpay software for all payroll frequencies, including calculation of statutory payments, holiday pay etc.
6. All work in connection with pension auto enrolment
7. Basic accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, summarising and analysing financial information using excel and inputting onto accounting software
8. Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance stage or further
9. Completion of VAT Returns etc
10. Maintenance of client book-keeping records using either Sage Line 50 or Microsoft
excel

11. Previous experience in payroll processing within a finance or accounts environment is required.
