Lettings Manager – Loughborough Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) On Target Earnings: Up to £50,000 The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to join a well-established and successful estate agency in Loughborough . This is a key leadership role within the business, ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in residential lettings who is looking to take ownership of a department, drive new business, and lead a team to success. You will be responsible for growing the lettings portfolio, winning instructions, and ensuring a consistently high level of service is delivered across the branch. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department Generate new business through valuations and landlord relationships Conduct rental valuations and win instructions Drive lettings performance and exceed revenue targets Arrange and conduct viewings, securing new tenancies Oversee the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Ensure compliance with all current lettings legislation and best practice Deliver regular team meetings, coaching, and 1-2-1s Train, mentor, and develop team members Work closely with senior management to support overall branch performance What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience within residential lettings Previous experience in a senior or management-level role Proven track record of winning new business and growing a portfolio Strong valuation and instruction experience Excellent leadership and team management skills Confident negotiator with strong commercial awareness Highly organised with a proactive, target-driven mindset Strong communication skills and professional approach Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Full UK driving licence (essential) Working Hours Full-time: 5 days per week (including Saturdays, with a day off in lieu) Weekdays: 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm (or as required) Why Apply?
