Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the mobile experience across a suite of hospitality management products used daily by professionals across the sector. You’ll define the strategic roadmap for both employee and manager-facing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across mobile and desktop platforms.
This position requires strong Product Management expertise within Hospitality SaaS. You’ll act as a key contributor and mentor within the Product team, providing leadership and guidance to other Product Managers and Product Owners, while remaining hands-on across discovery, execution, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile experiences across the company’s hospitality management suite.
* Translate business and customer needs into clear product goals and prioritised initiatives.
* Act as Product Owner for your squad: manage backlogs, refine user stories, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality releases.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across mobile and desktop.
* Conduct discovery interviews, gather feedback, and validate concepts with end users in busy hospitality environments.
* Drive product improvements that enhance learning, communication, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
* Champion a mobile-first mindset and ensure coherence across the full product ecosystem.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Managers and Product Owners within the team.
* Partner with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to support go-to-market success.
* Analyse performance metrics to evaluate product adoption, retention, and engagement, using insights to inform decisions.
Skills & Experience Required
* 6+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS.
* Strong experience building and delivering mobile-first products.
* Background in hospitality technology is essential.
* Deep understanding of how technology supports operational and workforce management in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
* Experienced in agile delivery and comfortable balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
