Your Key Responsibilities
8. Responsible for planning and optimizing production systems by applying systematic approaches to boost productivity and profitability. Ensure the continuous improvement of operations across the value stream.
9. Plan, analyze and optimize the production system.
10. Create and maintain IE master data (e.g. Routing, BOM, Workcenter).
11. Coordinate cross-functional projects across the entire value stream related to process improvements, change management and product launches.
12. Evaluate production KPIs for continuous improvement and to guide decision-making (e.g. OEE, TEEP, etc.).
13. Perform product cost calculations.
14. Implement workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g. MTM, REFA).
15. Plan and manage capacity and investment planning.
16. Create and maintain P-FMEA.

17. Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering
18. 5 to 10 years
