Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Case Management Solutions Competency Centre in Business Technology Solutions.

1. We operate a hybrid working model, with time split between the office and home.

2. As part of the team, you will support the development of solutions such as Verint Case Management, Assyst, Uniform, and ArcGIS. Your daily work will also involve delivering additional development tasks across our platforms, including building integrations between systems using APIs and other tools.

3. The successful candidate will design, code, test, correct, and document moderately complex solutions, working from agreed specifications and following established standards and tools. They will also take part in specification reviews, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

4. You will configure software and test platform‑specific versions of one or more software products, reporting on test outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve both the software and its associated processes, in line with agreed designs and standards.

5. In addition, you will define and build integrations, carry out testing, and accurately record any failures. You’ll investigate and diagnose faults relating to moderately complex issues and clearly report your findings.

6. Finally, you will prioritise and diagnose support calls in accordance with agreed procedures. You will investigate incident causes and work towards resolution, escalating issues where necessary, before documenting and closing resolved incidents.
