Role Description
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our business and help bring projects to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and making sure all the moving parts come together smoothly.
You'll be involved in everything from planning pop-ups and coordinating photoshoots, to managing logistics, payments, and external partners.
The Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as ordering office supplies, sourcing packaging, and coordinating services.
Support general business needs as they arise and keep things running efficiently.
Events & Pop-Ups
Plan and coordinate pop-ups and in-person activations from start to finish.
Manage logistics, timelines, and communication with all involved parties.
Shoots & Creative Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for models, photographers, stylists, and other creatives.
Coordinate schedules, locations, call sheets, and deliverables for photoshoots.
Team Communication
Maintain regular check-ins with internal team members.
Help ensure everyone is aligned on timelines, tasks, and priorities.
External Partners
Communicate with external partners such as lawyers and other service providers.
Track requests, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
Payments & Admin
Coordinate and process payments to models, photographers, and collaborators.
Keep records organised and up to date.
Qualifications
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
Confident communicating with creatives, vendors, and professionals.
Previous experience in operations, coordination, or project management is a plus (but not required).
Interest in fashion, lifestyle and creative industries.
