We are seeking a Principal or Associate Structural Engineer who is eager to lead, develop, and grow the structures team. This role is ideal for someone ready to manage projects across multiple sectors, including public sector, industrial, retail, commercial, and education.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary structures team of engineers and technicians.
· Represent the company confidently in meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
· Collaborate with other internal teams as part of a multidisciplinary approach.
· Produce accurate reports and project documentation.
· Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
· Chartered or actively working towards chartership with IStructE or ICE.
· years of post-graduate experience in diverse sectors, ideally within a consultancy environment.
· Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing relationships with a broad client base.
· Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, TEDDS, and IES.
