What Youâll Be Doing
* Membership & Recruitment Magic
* Travelling across the UK to deliver induction sessions (yes, you get to present!).
* Welcoming new members and being their go-to contact.
* Creating engaging contentâpresentations, materials, messaging⊠your ideas welcome.
* Supporting trainee and associate members to build a strong future community.
* Keeping admin, reporting and membership tracking running smoothly.
* Helping trainee members find the info and support they need.
* Posting job opportunities and keeping the careers page fresh.
* Building relationships with training providers and flying schools (super cool industry exposure!).
* Helping run eventsâfrom careers fairs to training days.
* Organising webinars and virtual support sessions.
* Working closely with internal teams, committees and reps.
* Networking with external partnersâschools, employers, training providers.
* Supporting collaboration and creating good vibes across the membership community.
