Responsibilities
* Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the technology sector
* Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO where relevant)
* Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and board materials
* Conduct company and market analysis across subsectors including software, digital infrastructure, fintech, and internet-enabled businesses
* Support senior bankers with transaction execution, due diligence, and client communication
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, accounting, and commercial advisors
Candidate Profile
* Currently an Investment Banking Analyst 2 at a top-tier or well-regarded investment bank, boutique, or advisory firm
* Strong M&A execution experience, ideally within Technology, TMT, or growth sectors
* Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
* Strong academic background from a leading university
* Highly motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
