Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for creating and enhancing environments? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Valley Provincial, a leading interior and exterior landscaping specialist.
We're looking for a JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who is keen to take ownership of the financial management of our secured contracts, as well as the preparation of tender submissions, for a wide range of landscaping projects. We have a prestigious client list which is growing exponentially.

The Role of Junior Quantity Surveyor:
To manage all costs and contracts for projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Estimating costs for materials, labour, and time
· Preparing tenders and contracts
· Negotiate contracts
· Monitoring project finances
· Preparing payment accounts
· Advising on legal and commercial matters
What We're Looking For:
We require a minimum of 1 year recent QS experience, ideally within a landscaping, construction, or groundworks company. You should also have:
· Have a track record in securing works
· Can meet deadlines and work under pressure
· Have strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
· Have excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve.
· Have good communication and presentation skills, and advanced technical knowledge.
· Be a team player with a flexible attitude
· The ability to commute to our office in Dartford, Kent. Public transport is not practical.
