Salary: £121,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour Experience moving from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design, build, test through to deployment Experience in data migration from both EBS and other systems to HCM Cloud from a functional perspective Background in working on projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100) Exposure to infrastructure and multi-platform environments, preferably within the energy or utility sector Strong stakeholder management skills Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions Collaborate with project teams throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases Manage data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and functionality Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress Work within a hybrid working model, attending the Reading office as required Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HCM practices and processes Technologies: Cloud Oracle DevOps More: We are Harvey Nash, inviting candidates to apply for the role of Oracle HCM Functional Lead.
