Job Description
You will work with ASOS's brand partners to understand their business and marketing challenges and objectives, enabling you to build marketing and media plans across ASOS's owned and operated properties. This strategic and operational role supports the advertising sales team, utilizing our current and future advertising product suite, including sponsored ads, display advertising, social media, targeted mobile and email communications, and our 'ASOS Creates' creative solutions. Our developing audience targeting and measurement tools provide exciting marketing opportunities for your clients.
As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with sales and production teams on a portfolio of strategic brand partners, managing accounts and campaigns, developing media plans aligned with client objectives, and analyzing post-campaign results. Your inquisitiveness and strategic mindset will help you evaluate plans, work with clients to improve outcomes, and interpret data to identify trends and make actionable recommendations. Your digital expertise will be vital in unlocking greater value for our brand partners.
We believe in the importance of in-person collaboration, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office to foster faster decision-making, deeper connections, and a vibrant team culture where everyone can grow and succeed.
Qualifications
About You
* Experience in a client-facing role within digital marketing, analytics, or campaign analysis
* Experience in omnichannel marketing, display, and/or search marketing
* Problem-solving skills that span business and technology
* Good understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
* Ability to develop annual media strategies for growth
* Experience in campaign strategy and audience engagement
* Data-driven approach to evaluate success metrics and optimize campaigns
* In-depth data analysis skills to inform advertising strategies
* Ability to educate clients on performance metrics and insights
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills
* High digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a tenacious attitude
* Influence others to achieve goals and meet deadlines
* Calm temperament and excellent communication skills
