Thrive Group are recruiting for a hands-on Transport Coordinator to take ownership of a busy transport operation in Hull.
This is a lead-from-the-front role where you'll manage daily transport planning, driver coordination and full compliance ensuring deliveries are safe, efficient and right first time.
What You'll Do
* Plan daily & weekly transport schedules
* Allocate vehicles and drivers
* Ensure Operator's Licence compliance
* Monitor driver hours & tachographs
* Manage vehicle maintenance & records
* Lead and support drivers
* Maintain accurate transport documentation
What You'll Need
* Transport Manager CPC (National) - Essential
* Experience within transport/logistics
* Strong knowledge of driver hours & compliance
* Experience managing drivers
* Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
