Software Business Analyst
Key Attributes Required:
* Proven experience in business analysis within a Software company (SME)
* Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
* Must have experience in working within a development team / with software developers
* Experienced in BDD environments
* Confident communicator able to challenge assumptions and facilitate decision-making.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Gather and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and formats.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops to validate needs and solutions.
* Model current and future business processes to guide technology and process improvement.
* Deliver discovery, alpha, and beta phase outputs where required.
* Support change management through challenge, control, and strategic options development.
* Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and technical standards throughout analysis.
