You are capable of assessing and determining compliance with various legislative requirements. You have leadership skills to supervise junior staff when necessary. What the Job Involves This position involves examining and inspecting Building Regulation submissions to ensure compliance with pertinent laws, including the Building Regulations, London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939, and the Building Safety Act 2022. You will also assess dangerous structures and implement immediate remedial actions as required. Additionally, you will supervise Registered Building Inspectors (RBIs) with a registration class junior to yours, upon request from team management and in alignment with your competence.
