We are looking for a Group Health and Safety Manager to develop and maintain policies and procedures alongside creating a strategic vision. The successful candidate will enjoy a hands-on role and have dealt with multiple health and safety scenarios. Group Health and Safety Manager Permanent Salary dependent on experience Gloucester Group Health and Safety Manager Job Description Develop, implement and monitor health & safety policies across the group, ensuring compliance and consistency with current legislation. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and incident investigations to identify and prevent workplace hazards. Promote a positive safety culture by engaging employees in continuous improvement and awareness of their responsibilities. Deliver and coordinate training programs for employees, contractors and new starters Lead safety committees and reporting, maintaining accurate records and serving as the main contact for external bodies. Group Health and Safety Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Well versed with developing health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments and safety audits.
