Job Title: Document Controller

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a critical programme within the Space and Mission Systems domain. This role ensures the integrity, security, and efficient management of project documentation and data across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain day-to-day data integrity and document management in line with company policy and security standards.
2. Deliver the Information and Data Management strategy across document management tools.
3. Ensure configuration control and efficient handling of project data and documentation.
4. Manage system access using a need-to-know security approach.
5. Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with standards.
6. Administer access forms, update system permissions, and manage onboarding/offboarding of users.
7. Migrate documentation from legacy systems (e.g., P-drive, SharePoint) into controlled environments such as Vault.
8. Track and manage interface documentation and workflows.
9. Monitor and process CDRLs and ensure timely responses within agreed timeframes.
