Key Responsibilities
1. Provide authentic customer service to create memorable experiences.
2. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Engage with customers, educate them about products, and build lasting relationships.
4. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
5. Manage cash and adhere to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
6. Promote customer loyalty through updates on new collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive and professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
