This post is ideally suited to an Early Career Teacher looking for a confident and well-supported start to their teaching career. The History department has a clear, carefully sequenced curriculum and a strong track record of developing ECTs into confident practitioners. Collaboration, reflective practice and consistent routines are central to the department’s approach.
