Support the marketing and sales functions of the business in delivering campaigns, managing content, and providing assistance to enhance brand visibility and business growthquares.
Core Responsibilities
* Contribute to marketing strategy development and execution.
* Social media scheduling and content creation.
* Assist with drafting digital copy for website, blogs, and case studies.
* Assist with creating printed material (brochures, leaflets, promotional material).
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Coordinate events such as trade shows and exhibitions.
* Collaborate with internal Falkner to source and share engaging content.
* Indify social media performance and report using basic analytics tools.
* Provide administrative support to the sales function and handle ad hoc tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
* A-Level equivalent or higher qualification in a relevant field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
