Looking for a Executive Assistant to assist in administration operation.
Looking for people who are resourceful and cheerful to join the team!
* Handling of administration related to company operation
* Assist the Director daily tasks and follow-up closely
* Overseeing general office operations
* Able to work in small team environment
* Assist in daily operation, HR, admin, accounting work and etc.
* Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma holder
* Minimum 1 year of relevant secretarial / Admin experience preferred
* Computer savy with good command of written and spoken English.
* Candidate must be resourceful in obtaining information with their laptop and phone.
* Some basic accounting knowledge is a plus
* Strong in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Well organized, good interpersonal skills, possess initiative and a team play
* Ability to work independently and efficiently on flexible timing
