Location: Hybrid (with visits to our Hertfordshire office)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Southeast, London, Midlands, and North. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company that rewards performance with a generous, uncapped commission structure.
Key requirements:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial door sector.
* Generate leads through Glenigan and industry contacts.
* Build relationships with contractors and secure approved supplier status.
* Present to key decision-makers and negotiate high-value contracts.
* Manage leads and track performance using our CRM system.
* Prepare detailed, tailored quotations for clients.
What you need to succeed:
* Proven experience selling industrial roller shutters, sectional doors, steel fire and security doors.
* Knowledge of automatic doors is an advantage.
* A proactive, results-driven approach to sales—not reliant on price selling.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills, including board-level engagement.
* Ability to work independently and generate leads through research and networking.
