A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an assistant chef in Arbroath, UK

The Details:
1. Dates TBC but it will be one week in October (roughly 6th to 11th) and one week in December (1st – 6th)
2. 6 days cooking for clients attending a business seminar in which there will be approximately 27 guests
3. All dishes will be plated using high quality, local produce breakfast to be a cooked breakfast with eggs which will be preordered
4. No expenses spared for the dinner – tomahawk, caviar, lobster, lunch will be bistro/gastro style meal – steak pie, lasagne etc
5. There will be a FOH manager plus butlers who will also clean/polish plates and cutlery. Service is very fast, all plates to be sent out at specific time with presentation being key
6. Accommodation will be provided
7. You will be under the supervision of the lead chef, helping them prep and plate. You will be required to keep the pot area as clean as possible there will be no kitchen porter
8. Rate - £250.00 per day
