Duties of the Estimator / VDA:
15. Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and estimations
16. Liaise effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance companies
17. Prepare detailed repair estimates ensuring quality and compliance
18. Manage the VDA process to ensure smooth workflow
19. Prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
20. Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
Experience required of the Estimator / VDA:
21. Proven experience as an Estimator VDA within the automotive industry
22. ATA qualified or equivalent is essential
23. Strong organisational and communication skills
24. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a volume dealership
25. Full driving licence
26. Motivated, reliable, and capable of managing volume workloads
