Overview
Managing Editor - North America at Legend. Lead a world-class team of four content managers and oversee 20+ editors. Co-own the content journey of thousands of users and build a long-term, sustainable strategy to stay ahead of the competition in NA markets.
What you will positively impact
First three months: onboarding on tools, processes, and people; align with BIC Content Quality checklist, SEO guides, and workflows; dig into data to drive business value; take ownership of month-by-month roadmaps; support QA to uphold content standards.
First six months
* Full ownership of content quality across NA markets.
* Lead and develop team leads and editors to deliver at pace and standard.
* KPIs tracked and embedded into daily work.
* Operational excellence in task planning, commitments, and OKRs.
* Workflow optimisations, including BAU streams, AI opportunities, and freshness strategies.
First 12 months
* Full ownership of content quality across CORG NA markets.
* Manage team leads and performance to maintain pace and standards.
* Continue KPI tracking and accountability.
* Maintain operational excellence in task planning, commitments, and OKRs.
* Ongoing workflow optimisation including AI opportunities and freshness strategies.
