About The Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks across the Customer Hub, including supporting government schemes, managing work distribution, updating processes, providing reporting updates, and system testing. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, allowing you to showcase and develop your technical and stakeholder management skills.
You will be key in delivering government schemes such as the Warm Home Discount and future initiatives like the Smart Export Tariff. Additionally, you will handle regular processing tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Hub, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
You will have specific targets and KPIs aligned with the company's vision, supporting your personal development.
About The Team
The Customer Hub manages nearly all customer interactions and support processes, from sales to billing and customer assistance. It is the frontline for engaging with our customers.
You will be part of the Operations Change Team within the Customer Hub, responsible for implementing change, operational improvements, and providing insights to stakeholders and regulators.
About You
You should have excellent attention to detail, familiarity with Salesforce, Junifer, Excel, and Customer Hub processes. You should be proactive in process improvement and capable of driving these initiatives. Comfort in communicating with senior stakeholders for updates on projects and schemes is essential.
What You Will Do
* Support the delivery of projects and government schemes, such as the Warm Home Discount.
* Perform data processing and business readiness tasks, including price changes.
* Manage regular uploads to ensure seamless customer service, compliance, and performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Enhance customer health through mail return processes and data cleansing.
* Collaborate with the Operations Change Team to implement new processes.
* Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambitious goals.
* Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Assist in testing new products and system updates like Junifer THOR upgrades and Salesforce enhancements.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
Knowledge and Skills
* Experience with mass processes such as file uploads, data loaders, and mail merges.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and Junifer.
* Adaptability to change.
* Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience with energy sector schemes is beneficial but not essential.
