Your new role
To provideprehensive administrative support to the Legal Team, ensuring efficient case progression andpliance with organisational standards.Key Responsibilities
1. Support legal advisers and paralegals with casework administration.
2. Prepare hearing bundles and redact sensitive information from large document sets.
3. Manage bookings for desks, meetings, travel, and amodation.
4. Facilitate lodging and receipt of Court applications and orders.
5. Handle telephone enquiries professionally and maintain accurate notes.
6. Liaise with internal teams for document requirements, printing, couriering, and archiving.
7. Maintain and update electronic records using bespoke database systems.
8. Monitor and manage stationery supplies for the Legal Team.
9. Process invoices via Agresso and resolve finance queries.
10. Undertake other reasonable duties as required.
11. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic diary management.
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise essential criteria meet deadlines.
13. High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
14. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
15. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within established policies.
16. Team player with initiative and adaptability to changing priorities.
